Default operator screen displays are created when sequence blocks are configured, and these displays provide superior information and control.
Efficient Operator Interface
The easy-to-learn BatchView interface is tightly integrated with FoxView, Fox SFC, and FoxAlert. This allows batch operators to identify and solve problems in the plant quickly. Operators are one button-click away from looking at batch status and information through BatchView, phase sequence code through Fox SFC, and alarms through FoxAlert.
In BatchView's configuration mode, operators can set the size and location of the display, and configure the menu bars.
Easy Access to Vital Information
The Batch Alert button is always displayed, whether or not Batch View is displayed. When a batch needs attention, the Batch Alert button flashes red. When the operator clicks the Batch Alert button, Batch View is displayed.
Fox SFC/ST Display Manager gives operators a way to troubleshoot problems by drilling down into a phase when it has a problem. All they have to do is select the problem phase in Batch View, and launch Fox SFC/ST Display Manager. This gives operators two important pieces of information: where the problem is occurring, and why.
Operators can also view alarms associated with a batch through FoxAlert. When they launch FoxAlert, they get a list of process or equipment alarms associated with the batch they are focused on in BatchView. This is an efficient way to look at relevant alarms, and not get all the alarms in the plant.
