FAST AND EASY INSTALLATION
New workstations and controllers are put in place ahead of time along side your Honeywell equipment. Then on the day the switchover is to occur, the process is shut down, we plug-in the I/A Series I/O modules, attach the network connectors to the I/A Series controllers and workstations, and you are now ready to start loop checkout. Since no wires are moved, loop checkout is a snap. In most cases we have you back online, making product by the end of day 1. In fact, some customers have chosen to do the upgrade on-line, with no process downtime.
- retain your legacy cabinets
- retain your legacy power supplies
- retain your legacy termination assemblies
- retain your process wiring
- replace only the electronic modules
THE NO-RISK, REVERSIBLE APPROACH

We take the problem and its resolution offline – without endangering your production schedule.
