Invensys Learning Services solutions broadly fit into three main areas of technology:
* Plant Systems cover non-vendor specific training on instrumentation, field devices, process control, advanced process control strategies and plant optimization. Plant Systems also cover product training on I/A Series Systems, and Foxboro Automation instrumentation, Triconex safety systems, and SimSci-Esscor advanced control and optimization software.
* Engineering Systems includes include training on SimSci-Esscor offline and online optimization, integrated simulator packages for the power, refinery and oil and gas industries including steady-state multiphase flow in oil and gas networks and pipeline systems. Non-vendor specific training on System Lifecyle planning, engineering standards, and project management are also offered in this technology category as well as training on I/A Series documentation products.
* Business Systems include non-vendor specific training on identifying real-time financial and operational metrics, as well as business intelligence from plant data and performance improvement.
Many of our offerings are delivered through instructor-led courses or workshops at worldwide learning centers and at customer plant sites. We also deliver training through e-learning, computer assisted tutorials, and web seminars. In addition, we provide testing and certification for selected Invensys products. All Invensys Learning solutions are embedded in workplace situations and are crafted to help individuals and their organizations obtain the performance they expect from their organization's technology investment.
